STUDENT PLAQUE AWARD - CERITERIA FOR SELECTION

This award is given on the recommendations of the Head of the Institutions / Selection Committee. As such I would like to make some Points clear to enable you to make a judicious selection

1. Selection is made from the students who have completed four yeas of study (BDS).
2. Student must be a student member of the Dental Association (IDA).
3. The award is not necessarily meant for the student standing first in the final examination. Such students get the usual recognition by the College / University etc.
4. The student must have shown sincere and hard work to improve his / her class performance "year by year" in all the years of Dental Studies to reach the upper level in the class.
5. Consideration must be given to extra curricular activities games, dramatics debates and other College social activities.
6. Selection to be made by the head of the Institution or with the help of his advisors.
7. Proforma giving all details along with photographs and short sketch of attainments should reach this office latest by December 31,2004.
8. The name of the donor and draft of 25000/- in favour of ICD India Section, New Delhi.
